Here are local, confidential mental health resources for youth in Fort Collins. Many of these offer free or low cost services to youth. These are all very trusted resources that are created for you as youth so don’t hesitate to reach out for help or share with someone you know
This is a great anonymous resource if you are worried about a loved one and need help figuring out what to do. This resource is used a lot in schools so it can also be helpful for getting your peers to safety.
The Trevor Project (crisis services)
This is a great crisis resource for the LGBTQ+ community. If you are a LGBTQ+ youth in need of immediate help, contact the Trevor Project's 24/7 call and texting services.
